LUCA FAGAGNINI
Music Composer for Film, Trailers and Video Games
WELCOME
I am a composer for film, TV and video games currently based in Verona, Italy, and I just love stories. Since I can remember, I have always been fascinated by the immersive power a good story can have, and when a good story is combined with great music, suddenly, the story, world, and characters become real.
I am obsessed with the narrative power of music, and throughout the course of my career I've been fortunate enough to support the world and stories of many projects with my music, composing the original soundtrack for the vieo game Prisoner 518, the indie feature film Times & Measures, and the documentary The Day Roland Met Renee, amongst award winning short films.
Every project is a new adventure, a journey on which I can be part of with my music, and that is what gets me out of bed every morning.
FILM COMPOSITION
A great film score has to enhance the story of the movie, creating a sonic world that is both immersive and in harmony with dialogue and sound effects, taking the audience on an exciting journey, feeling by feeling.
VIDEO GAMES
Interactive music design is key to the success of a video game score. Its not just about music, but how it evolves and dynamically changes based on the player's actions and the events raking place at the moment. That's why it is so important to plan ahead and collaborate with the developers to design the perfect interactive music system for the project.
TRAILER MUSIC
This is where things get real. Good advertisement is almost as important as the advertised product itself and we want to impress the audience with the most jawdropping, ultra hyping trailer ever. This is where trailer music comes in: huge booms, thrilling hits, extraordinary risers and drones, all organically (and synthetically) sourced to make the biggest impact ever and let your audience remember of your product.
